Founded in 1999 by acclaimed Kiwi designer, Fletcher Vaughan – 20yrs later, a few more greys and he’s still the driving force behind the brand.

100% New Zealand

We back NZ design. Fletcher Design has collaborated with fellow Kiwi designers Jamie McLellan (10+yrs) and Lance McGregor since 2016. We’re also big on nurturing NZ’s future designers and manage this via various initiatives and inhouse mentorship programmes.

We like to keep it local. All furniture is manufactured at our factory based in Auckland NZ which means we can oversee quality directly, are flexible on lead-times and respond quickly to client requests.

Soft Seating

We’re soft seating specialists. Our extensive soft collection furnishes a vast range of workplace environments, education and public spaces.

With a reputation that extends beyond the boundaries of NZ our innovative furniture solutions provide comfort and function second to none. Since 2012 our designs have been sold around the globe encompassing fourteen countries across three continents.

Green Stuff

Respecting the environment is big for us, so the footprint we leave needs to be small. We honour the opportunity to make a difference to our environment through the considered selection of products and materials; whether it be the use of particular foams, recycled fabrics or sustainable timbers, we take Green stuff seriously.

We’re custom design professionals. We’ve been in the design game for 20years and our experienced team can provide tailored solutions for projects of any size and design scope.
